Your passport is valid?

Many travelers go on vacation with a passport that date will be outdated before they return... Avoid hassles and complex steps and CHECK VALIDITY of your PASSPORT before you leave.
Security forces!

Do you need to bring with you all your credit cards and membership associations? Please have a belt to accommodate your money or travelers checks and do not keep all your documents in the same bag. Make two copies of important phone numbers and share them with the person traveling with you.
Your health should not make you sick

Whether a simple allergy or illness that requires prescription, bring your usual medications. Write the list of these drugs and keep it with you. The replacement will be easier if lost.
Traveling with children

Did you know that more and more countries are required to take cognizance of official documents (birth certificates, adoption papers and letter of agreement for shared custody, etc...) Before crossing their borders? It is better to correct these steps to help you avoid serious problems.
Insurance, traveler's best friend

We recommend you purchase travel insurance in case of cancellation. And as it is impossible to predict an accident, illness and... costs related to emergency treatment, health insurance will make all the difference in case of expensive care.
Sickness, tips and tricks in your car and in the air

Motion sickness: one in three people suffers Tricks drive as fly Whatever the means chosen to reach the resort, avoid travel sickness: one in three suffer at least once in their life, and some are affected chronically. The discomfort is nothing special: at first, yawning, sweating cold and other sensations cottony settled. Then add a feeling of fatigue, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting. Motion sickness or motion sickness is caused by a misinterpretation of information from the eyes and ears. If we fix the horizon, the information provided by the eye and the vestibule of the ear (organ of balance) are consistent. If one reads or is engaged in an activity, the eyes move in a plane different from the hallways. Moreover, only passengers are sick: the driver, regardless of the vehicle, knows no such problems. Can it be avoided? Here are some tips: take half an hour before departure, a drug against nausea. Warning, these drugs are very effective, but cause drowsiness in exchange for dangerous driving. Eat lightly or not from fasting or after a heavy meal, avoid as much as possible during the trip, heat, stress, bad smells (especially tobacco) and tight clothing. By car, slightly open a window of the vehicle so that air is renewed, and at each stop, walk a little. During the journey, avoid reading or dozing (the swaying of the vehicle suspension, particularly at the rear, are formidable). Adopt a position that minimizes the evil posture called "Quix" that recommends going to bed, his head slightly tilted back, and avoid unnecessary movement. By plane, thinking to swallow and yawn in order to reduce the sensation of ears "blocked" during the phases of ascent and descent of the aircraft. The eyes are sensitive to the dryness of the cabin, a few drops of artificial tears may ease the irritation. Wearing lenses is not recommended.
Do not forget

Come back to earth a short time to prepare the list of things to do. Monitoring by a neighbor or friend, new orders, cancellation of the newspaper, transportation to and from the airport, as well... the cat or dog?
